Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499 across India.
For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available pan-India with a convenience fee of ₹100 per order, added at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak shopping periods — such as sale events or festive seasons processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

These are estimates and may vary depending on your courier partner and location. You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

PIN Code Serviceability

We deliver to most PIN codes across India. You can check whether we deliver to your area using the PIN code checker on our website. If your PIN code is currently unserviceable, please reach out to us at support@banjaranindia.in and we will do our best to assist.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address being provided, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the shipping fee
  • COD orders will be cancelled and no amount will be due

To avoid this, please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging every order. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@banjaranindia.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us
  • Banjaran is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
  • We currently do not offer international shipping
