Our Promise

At Banjaran, every piece is made with intention. If something isn't right, we want to make it right — quickly and without fuss. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds so you always know what to expect.

Return Window

We accept return requests raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags intact and attached
  • Returned in original packaging


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please raise a request within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo or short video of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Want a different size or colour?

No problem — exchanges are completely free.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days.

How to Raise a Return Request

All return requests must be raised through your account on our website. We do not accept return requests made via email, WhatsApp, or social media.

  1. Log in to your account at banjaran.in
  2. Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return or exchange
  3. Select the item(s) and provide a reason for the return
  4. Submit your request — our team will review it within 48 business hours
  5. Once approved, a free reverse pickup will be scheduled at your doorstep

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during sale periods or with discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds will not be issued on discounted purchases unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible — the return process outlined above will apply instead.
