Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections on banjaranindia.in, select your size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order is successfully placed.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order moves into processing and cannot be changed. Please write to support@banjaranindia.in as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — you can initiate a return instead. Write to us at support@banjaranindia.in to request a cancellation.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, write to us at support@banjaranindia.in with your registered email address or phone number and we'll help you out.
Can I place a bulk order?
For bulk or wholesale enquiries, please write to us at info@banjaranindia.in and our team will get in touch with you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available pan-India. A convenience fee of ₹100 is applicable on all COD orders, which will be added to your order total at checkout.
My payment failed but the amount was deducted. What do I do?
This can happen due to a temporary bank or network issue. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days. If it isn't, please write to us at support@banjaranindia.in with your order details and we'll investigate immediately.
Are prices on the website inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices displayed on banjaranindia.in are inclusive of GST. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
Will I receive a GST invoice for my order?
Yes, a GST invoice will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched.
Is it safe to save my card details on your website?
Your payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Banjaran does not store any card or banking details on our servers.
Shipping
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. You can check if we deliver to your PIN code using the serviceability checker on our website.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Tier 3 cities and towns: 7–10 business days
- Remote and northeastern regions: 10–14 business days
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe. What should I do?
Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays or adverse weather. Please check your tracking link first. What happens if I'm not available when delivery is attempted?
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If both are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Prepaid orders will be refunded minus the shipping fee; COD orders will simply be cancelled
Returns & Exchanges
What is Banjaran's return policy?
We accept return requests raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags intact and returned in original packaging. Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
How do I raise a return or exchange request?
All return requests must be raised through your account on banjaranindia.in. Log in, go to My Orders, select the item, and submit your request. We do not accept return requests via email, WhatsApp, or social media.
Will I be charged for returning an item?
No. Reverse pickup is completely free for all eligible returns and exchanges.
I received a defective or wrong item. What do I do?
We're sorry about that. Please raise a return request via your account on banjaranindia.in within 7 days of delivery and include a photo or short video of the issue. Once verified, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes, exchanges are free and available within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, you will receive store credit of the full item value, valid for 6 months.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the return being approved. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days
Can I return sale or discounted items?
Items purchased during sale periods or with discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not issued on discounted purchases unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What sizes does Banjaran offer?
Most of our styles are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Select categories also include extended sizes — 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL — to ensure a wider range of fit options. Size availability is indicated on each product page.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend referring to the size guide before ordering, as fits may vary across styles and fabrics. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What fabrics does Banjaran use?
We work with a range of carefully chosen fabrics including cotton, silk, natural crepe, and chinon, among others. The specific fabric for each piece is mentioned on the product page.
How do I care for my Banjaran pieces?
Most of our garments are dry clean only. Please refer to the care label on your garment for specific instructions. Following the care instructions will help preserve the quality, colour, and shape of your piece over time.
The colour of the product I received looks slightly different from the website. Is that normal?
Yes, slight variations in colour can occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting during photography, and fabric dye batches. We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible, but minor variations are inherent to the nature of the materials we use.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can browse our website without an account, but creating one is required to place an order, track your orders, and manage returns.
How do I create an account?
Click on the profile icon on the top right of our website and select Sign Up. Enter your name, email address, and a password to get started.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on the profile icon, select Login, and then click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I update my delivery address or contact details?
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and update your details there. Please note that addresses cannot be changed on orders that have already been dispatched.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please write to us at support@banjaranindia.in. Please note that deleting your account will remove all your order history and saved information permanently.
