Easy 7-Day Returns Policy

At Banjaran, we prioritize delivering outfits that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product does not entirely satisfy you. In such cases, we have established a straightforward returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Damaged Products: While we maintain stringent quality control measures, if you receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept its return. (Required to send unboxing video)
  1. Size Mismatch: Should you receive an outfit in the incorrect size, we are here to assist you in exchanging it for the right fit.
  1. Dissatisfaction with Product: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product received, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. (Required to send unboxing video)

Return Guidelines:

– To facilitate a smooth returns process, we request that you retain the original tags, labels, and packaging of the product.

– Ensure the product remains unwashed and undamaged.

– Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special Considerations:

– Outfits acquired through special promotions, such as ‘Buy One Get One Free,’ are ineligible for return or exchange. However, products purchased during other promotional periods may be exchanged for a Banjaran Gift Card.

– Customized or altered outfits are tailored to individual specifications and therefore cannot be returned. However, we are happy to provide assistance with minor alterations.

– Returns for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases will be refunded to your bank account or in the form of a Banjaran voucher for future purchases.

Return Procedure:

– To initiate a return, please follow the designated return procedure outlined on our website.

– Returns must be made separately from regular deliveries, and collection will be arranged at your convenience.

Refund Process:

– Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned product by our Quality Control team.

Non-Acceptance of Returns:

– Returns will not be accepted for used or washed outfits, or if the original packaging is not provided.

– Customized outfits, returns requested beyond the stipulated 7-day period, or items that have already been exchanged once are ineligible for return.
