Orders are shipped within 24 business hours and typically delivered within 2-4 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the location. Luxe and customized styles may take longer to deliver, ranging from 7 to 25 business days due to intricate workmanship.

We utilize reputable courier services such as Bluedart, OnlineXpress, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery, and DTCT for shipments within India.

#Package Integrity

If your package arrives opened or tampered with, we advise you not to accept it and immediately notify our customer care team by phone at 9831314133. Additionally, we request that you make a video of the unboxing process. Please note that any notification made after 24 hours of attempted delivery will not be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Banjaran’s Cancellation Policy governs the process for cancelling orders placed through the www.banjaranindia.in website/M-site/app. Orders can be cancelled until they are packed at our warehouse, with the exception of Banjaran customized items altered to fit body measurements. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and will reflect in the source account. For refunds to wallet & store credits, the amount will reflect within 24 hours.

 

If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery, no refund will be issued as payment has not been made.

 

For orders paid with an Banjaran Gift Card, the refund will be credited to your Banjaran Store wallet within 24 hours. Any excess amount paid beyond the gift card value will be refunded to the source account according to the specified timeline.
